Terms of Use
Thank you for using Mathquizily, Terms of Use including the Privacy Policy have been established by Mathquizily, ("Mathquizily" or "we/us / our"). The Terms of Use apply to you as a private person or legal person ("Customer" or "you / you / yours") who registered as a user on Mathquizily's internet service, and / or in any of Mathquizily's applications, or entered into a separate subscription agreement on the use of Mathquizily's applications . Terms of use, including the privacy policy and any separate subscription agreement, together constitute the agreement (the "Agreement") concluded between the Customer and Mathquizily.
2. Service and Payment
2.1 Mathquizily Premium and Mathquizily Free
Mathquizily, unrestricted at your discretion, may make changes to the Privacy Policy. When we make significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will send you a clear message based on what is appropriate with respect to the circumstances, e.g. by displaying a clear message in the Service or by emailing the user 14 days prior. The user has a week to decide on the new Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to use the service under the new terms, send us (info@mathquizily.com) that you wish to terminate the service.
2.2 Trial Subscription
From time to time, we, or others on our behalf, may offer trial versions of Paid Subscriptions for a specified period of time, without any requirement for payment or at a reduced price (a "Try subscription"). Mathquizily reserves the right to withdraw or modify a Try subscription at any time without notice and without liability, to the greatest extent permitted by law.
For some Trial Subscriptions, we will require you to submit your payment details to start the Trial Subscription. WHEN SUCH SUBSCRIPTIONS SUBSCRIBE, WE MAY COME TO AUTOMATICALLY START CHARGING YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE PAID SUBSCRIPTION AND THE FIRST DAY AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION SUBSCRIBE BY SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SIGN UP OF THE TRIAL ON THE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACCEPT THAT WE CHARGE YOU THIS CHARGE USING THE SAID PAYMENT DATA. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THIS CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL THE CURRENT PAID SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH YOUR MATHQUIZILY ACCOUNT SUBMISSION PAGE OR CANCEL YOUR Mathquizily ACCOUNT BEFORE TRYING THE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES. IF YOU WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS, YOU MUST UNDERTAKE THE CURRENT PAID SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH YOUR MATHQUIZILY ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION SUBMIT ACCOUNT SUBMIT ACCOUNT SENTENCE ACCOUNT PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE CANCELED BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF THE PERIOD YOU ALREADY PAID FOR
3. Licensing and Your User Rights
3.1 Immaterial Rights
The Service and all intellectual property rights are the property of Mathquizily and / or Mathquizily licensors. The Software and Content are licensed, and not sold, to you, and Mathquizily and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of Mathquizily software and Content even after installation on your personal computers, mobile phones, tablets.
3.2 License Grant
Mathquizily hereby grants a non-exclusive right for you to use the Service during the term of the agreement (4) on the terms set forth in this Agreement and with the rights and restrictions set forth It follows that you either enabled "Mathquizily Premium" or use "Mathquizily Free". The license is granted to a certain named person, or to a particular school, as agreed in a separate subscription agreement or upon Customer's registration. Specific conditions for private persons and legal persons:
Private Person:
Private Subscriptions are personal and the user receives an individual license in connection with the registration and the terms are accepted.
Legal Person:
Schools can conclude an agreement and obtain a school license for all students at the school. The school is obliged to monitor this agreement by its users.
3.3 User Content
You as a user are solely responsible for all User Content that you may post. You retain ownership and and any intellectual property rights of User Content. In connection with the conclusion of the agreement, Mathquizily has been granted the right to use all feedback "User Content" and obtained an unlimited non-exclusive, sublicensable license. This license grants Mathquizily the right to use User Content in the further development of the service, marketing and modification of User Content. You as a user agree that this license will remain in case of termination of the contract, regardless of the reason for such termination.
4. Agreement Time, Termination and Suspension
4.1 Term
The agreement is valid until the user terminates the agreement or Mathquizily. The agreement can be terminated without reason by both the user and Mathquizily. If you have signed up for Mathquizily Premium, the agreement will expire when your subscription has expired. If you use Mathquizily Free it will expire immediately.
4.2 Termination in Case of Breach of Contract
The user who violates the agreement will lose his license to use the service with immediate effect. The user accepts, confirms and understands that the user may be obliged to compensate Mathquizily for any damage that may result from the breach of contract. For example, if the user violates the license terms or in any way gives unauthorized access to the service.
4.3 Temporary Suspension of the Service
Mathquizily has the right to temporarily suspend the maintenance service if required. Mathquizily also has the right to use the immediate effect of downgrading users from Mathquizily Premium to Mathquizily Free upon payment of payment to payment received.
4.4 No Compensation

5. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for choosing a secure password for the service in connection with the registration. Documents such as usernames and passwords must be stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot access them. Mathquizily has the right to give the user a new password if we suspect that the user's account has been exploited by someone unauthorized. The user does not have the right to transfer his account to anyone else under the agreement.
6. Mathquizily's Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
Has the right to offer a license for the service. Mathquizily is not responsible for any bugs that may occur in the software that you offer. Mathquizily is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content. Mathquizily is not responsible for either any damage that may occur when using the service and if the service becomes inaccessible eg when the service is temporarily down or affected by disruptions.
